Main entrance of Melbourne University and a link between better lanes in Flemington Road, Royal Parade and the Swanston Street segregated lanes.
Grattan St needs either a 30km/h speed limit and painted bike lanes or segregated kerbside lanes if the speed limit is to stay at 50km/h. Either way one lane of traffic has to go.
